Steps Enterprise CIC is a community-focused organisation dedicated to improving the wellbeing, confidence and opportunities of Muslim women and children, creating welcoming spaces where people can be active, connected and supported.

For over 10 years, under Urban Star Netball Club, we have used sport, social activities, community events and shared experiences to bring people together. What started through our passion for netball has grown into a wider community initiative, providing opportunities for women and families to participate, build friendships, develop confidence and create lasting memories.

We believe that wellbeing is about more than physical health. It is about having a sense of belonging, being surrounded by positive people, having access to new experiences and feeling confident enough to take part.

That is what Steps Enterprise aims to create.
